BenefitHub platform has two roles: User and Admin.
As an Admin, you build and customize your site content to fit the needs of your organization and you manage users, vendors, reports, communications and, if you have multiple sites, your network.
You don't have to do all of this alone, you can designate other Admins for your site(s).
If you opt for a Discounts Focused site, you are able to customize your site by changing your logo, adding a custom section and managing vendors. You can add text content in and pin offers to your custom section.
If you opt for a Multi-Product site, you create your content and are able to design your site to deliver the information important to your users. Your Home page is set up with the Discounts & Rewards card and from there, you create the cards and the content pages associated with those cards.
Before you begin to build your Multi-Product site, first consider what information you need to provide your users and how you want to communicate that information. For example, if you offer voluntary benefits, you may need to communicate what benefits are available, how to sign up, the associated costs, who to contact with questions, etc. All of this information can be presented on your home page in a Voluntary Benefits Card and the card can link to content pages with all the details for each benefit type.
When creating/editing content for the site, you do this either from the Home page of the site or from the Content Library.
You access the content library and additional Admin tasks from the Admin Dashboard.
You access the dashboard by clicking the Admin button in the header.
The Dashboard displays. Click on each tab to view Reports, Settings, the App Store and Communications. To return to your Home page, click (located in the breadcrumbs path below the title)
The Admin Dashboard is where you:
Turn on and off apps in the App Store
These options are only available to the site Administrators.
Note: Managing Your Content Library is only available if you select the Multi-Product home page. My BenefitHub Network is only available if you are a parent site in a network of sites.
